The Ballet Folklórico

The Ballet Folklórico de México performs in the main hall of the Palacio de Bellas Artes; it is wordless, so open to every visitor (CDMX official tourism site). Book well ahead for weekends.

Lucha libre

Arena México, in Colonia Doctores, stages its main nights on Tuesdays and Fridays in the evening and on Sunday afternoons, according to the official tourism site; the programme is on cmll.com. Take a taxi there and back.
